This beautifully renovated waterfront home comes fully equipped with an air conditioning heat pump, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. A babbling brook flows down to the water a mere 15 feet from the camp entrance and leads to the largest privately owned sand beach on Brewer Lake. The waterfront comes with a large deck, grill, kayaks, and fire pit. The cottage consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed.
