Tastefully decorated and furnished. Recently remodeled, one bedroom unit located just across the street from Old Orchard Beach. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the basic necessities for your stay. First floor unit, sleeps 4 people with one queen size bed and a queen size pull out couch. Perfect location, close to the Pier, downtown and Palace Playland Adventure. Nazrin was responsive and super friendly. The location was perfect, a short walk to pier and a couple minutes walk to the beach! Description was accurate and the place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Our condo is tucked right in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, just an 8-minute walk to the sand and surf. You’ll be close to the Pier, Palace Playland, local shops, and plenty of restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything OOB has to offer while still having a cozy place to retreat at the end of the day.
Getting around
Getting around Old Orchard Beach is simple and walkable — most attractions, including the Pier, beach, shops, and restaurants, are just minutes away on foot. For trips further afield, rideshares and the Amtrak Downeaster station make it easy to explore the surrounding area. Guests will also have access to one designated parking spot during their stay.

We're a husband-and-wife team operating a small collection of coastal Maine stays under the Maine Retreats name. We live in Bangor with our four kids and personally oversee every property — answering messages, coordinating cleanings, and making sure each guest feels right at home.
